You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. By playing, you confirm you meet these requirements.
Some cities feature cannabis culture (walking smoke accessories, grow-room games, and similar themed content). Those cities are restricted to visitors 21 or older. You will be asked to confirm your age before entering. If you are not 21+, do not enter those cities.
BLAKCITY is both a playable demo and a showroom for custom branded city builds. A Build My City submission saves the project brief to a private sales inbox so MarkVizion can evaluate and respond. A submission is an inquiry, not an order or promise of availability. Any custom build, licensing, Platform Care, Managed Operations, or other paid service requires a separate written agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or share credentials. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
You own what you create (your citizen, home, guestbook notes, billboard ads, studio recordings). By posting it you grant us a license to display it within the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, infringing, deceptive, or that targets others. Billboard and home images must come from supported image hosts and must be content you have the right to use. Audio you upload to studio sessions or city media must be yours or licensed to you. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy; repeat infringers lose upload privileges or their account.
Any citizen can report content or block another citizen. Blocking applies to supported direct chat and voice interactions. Reported content may be hidden automatically and reviewed. We may remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the city safe. Do not record another person's voice without every participant's permission and compliance with applicable law.
Coins are a free in-game currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Gems and premium items, if and when purchases are enabled, are licenses to use virtual goods, are non-refundable except where required by law, and have no cash value. Prices and availability may change.
BLAKCITY is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under your local law.
